Learning about the fullness of our life as Christians at every stage of life remains a strong commitment of Shell Ridge Church. We seek to learn about God and God’s ways, our Bible, the Jesus of our faith, the Christian faith and its traditions, our American Baptist traditions and more.
We offer Sunday classes for all ages, our weekly mid-week miracle—Logos—on fall and spring Wednesday afternoons, middle and high school youth groups, as well as a smattering of other classes and special gatherings. In all of these times we are seeking to learn to live more fully into the just and loving ways of Jesus.
Fellowship
Fellowship and community have always been an important part of living out our faith. Fellowship and community at Shell Ridge happen in many ways. Our women’s ministries gatherings, youth and Logos, Koinonia, occasional pot luck suppers, summer fun nights, our annual Christmas dinner, gatherings in one another’s homes, receptions for a variety of occasions—all these and more help knit us together for the purpose of bringing strength and joy to our lives and faith.
